Over 50 speakers intervened during the 13th AIVP World Conference. After the introductions of Bernard Reichen, architect and town planner, Geraldine Knatz, CEO of the Port of Los Angeles and President of IAPH, and of Professor Suren Erkman who layed out the main challenges to be met by port cities in the coming years, local stakeholders coming from five continents told us about their experiences and innovations. You can get to know these speakers and also discover the main lines of their presentations.

To further enrich your thoughts, we invite you also to take a look at the internet communications which have been sent to us by over 30 personalities. Certain of them have responsibilities in a port city, other come from University spheres and from the research sector, still others come from the private sector. These contributions, with their integral text, are at your disposal.
